Low-income Oxford County households for RGI (rent ~30% of gross monthly income). Affordable rental units target moderate incomes between $62,800 and $75,100 per year. As of January 1, 2021, a household is removed from all housing waitlists if it refuses an offer for a unit that meets the County's occupancy standards and/or matches a location the household selected on its application.
