This guide is an information resource. You can browse every program without giving us any personal information. We only collect details if you choose to fill in a signup form.
What we collect
If you sign up, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone (optional), location, and — for tenants — general details like household type, the size of place you need, and an optional income range; for landlords, your company and portfolio details. We do not ask for your SIN, banking, or any government file numbers.
Why we collect it and how we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to contact you about housing programs that may apply to you, and — if you opt in — to email you when new programs open. We do not use it for anything else.
We never sell or share it
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. Your data is stored securely and is not readable by other visitors to this site.
Your consent and unsubscribing
We only email you if you checked the consent box when you signed up. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by replying or emailing us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to notify you about programs, and no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to keep it longer. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.
