Community Housing / Rent-Geared-to-Income (London & Middlesex – Housing Access Centre)
This is subsidized housing in London and Middlesex County where your rent is set at about 30% of your income. You join one central waiting list run by the City of London Housing Access Centre. Waits are long, often several years and sometimes more than 10. This is not emergency housing.
