Oxford County Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) / Community Housing
Oxford County Human Services runs the one waiting list for subsidized rent-geared-to-income housing across the county, including homes for people in Ingersoll. Instead of paying full market rent, your rent is set at about 30% of your household's monthly income before taxes.

Who it's for
Households where at least one member is 16 or older, who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or refugee claimants, with no deportation order in effect, no unpaid rent or damages owed to another social housing provider, and no conviction for lying about income on a housing application.
